Privacy policy
Bagsy OnTime is provided by Level Eleven Solutions, LLC. This policy covers the OnTime website and iPhone app. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to jay@levelelevensolutions.com.
Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, email, optional phone number, and account preferences. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords.
- Shared plans: Group membership, names of people you help, school and activity information, pickup and drop-off locations, driving assignments, work and sleep hours, household arrangements, and any notes you enter.
- Calendar connections: calendar files or subscription links you choose to import, imported events, and connection status. Subscription links may provide access to private calendars; treat them as confidential.
- Support requests: information you choose to send when asking for help.
Information used to operate the service
OnTime uses account and session identifiers, authentication cookies, timestamps, revision and activity records, and technical error information to sign you in, save changes, synchronize schedules, secure accounts, and troubleshoot problems. Sign-in protection uses a keyed hash of an IP address or a signed browser identifier to limit repeated attempts. Hosting providers also process network requests and technical information to deliver the service.
If you enable website push notifications, OnTime stores subscription and device identifiers, notification content, and delivery status. In the iPhone app, local reminders and a limited record of reminder identifiers and timing are kept on the device. Notifications may display schedule details on your lock screen according to your device settings.
Location and routes
You can enter home, school, work, and activity locations for scheduling and route estimates. These saved places are part of the shared plan.
Optional iPhone pickup-location features use your current location and Apple Maps to adjust departure reminders. The native feature keeps current coordinates and route readings in memory; it does not send those coordinates to the OnTime server or keep a location history. Location updates may continue in the background when enabled and permitted by iOS.
Optional web mapping features use Google Maps. Route addresses and, if you permit it for a location feature, current coordinates may be processed by Google. OnTime can save route estimates with your plan. You can decline location permission and use entered locations and travel allowances instead. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Optional schedule commands
When the AI-assisted schedule-command feature is configured and used, a command that cannot be handled locally may be sent to OpenAI with the current date, time zone, and names of people and drivers in the household to interpret the request. The request is made with response storage disabled. Avoid including sensitive information in commands that is not needed to change the schedule. If you use keyboard dictation or browser speech recognition, your device or speech provider processes that input under its own settings and policy.
Who can see your information
Your Group organizer manages the shared plan. Members can see their assignments and, when the organizer allows it, the whole Group calendar. Share only information that belongs in that Group and that you are authorized to provide.
Service providers process information needed to host OnTime, store data, deliver enabled notifications, provide routes, or interpret an optional schedule command. Calendar providers receive requests to the subscription links you connect. If you export or share a calendar or file, the people and apps you choose receive its contents.
OnTime does not use advertising SDKs or cross-app advertising tracking in the current implementation. We do not sell personal information or use your family schedule for targeted advertising.
Storage and security
Shared account and scheduling data is stored on the service so it can be used across signed-in devices. OnTime uses HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and encryption for stored calendar connection credentials and web push subscriptions. No system can guarantee complete security.
Account and schedule information is retained while it is needed to provide the service, handle support requests, maintain security, or meet applicable obligations. There is no automatic deletion of an account simply because a Group trial ends. Temporary iPhone export files are removed when sharing closes, at sign-out, or at a subsequent app launch after a force-quit.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can edit information where your account permissions allow, ask your organizer to correct shared entries or remove Group access, disconnect calendar subscriptions, and change notification and location permissions in your device settings.
To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact jay@levelelevensolutions.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained or that is part of another member’s shared records. Removing the app from your phone does not delete server-side account data.
Children’s information
OnTime is intended for adults coordinating schedules and transportation. It is not designed for children to create their own accounts. Parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers may enter a child’s name and schedule to organize care. Please contact us if information was submitted without appropriate authorization.
